1.1 These Terms govern your access to and use of the Okply website located at okply.net, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the platform (collectively, the "Service").

1.2 By accessing the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you are not prohibited by any applicable law from participating in online gaming activities.

1.3 Okply reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1.4 These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and participate in real-money gaming on okply. This requirement is in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations governing online gaming. Okply strictly prohibits the use of its platform by persons under the age of 21.

2.2 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the okply platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Okply makes no representation that the Service is available or appropriate for use in all locations. Access to the Service from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is done at your own risk and is not authorized by okply.

2.3 Verification. Okply reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in the suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

2.4 One Account Per Person. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on okply. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

3.1 To access real-money gaming services on okply, you must complete the registration process and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify okply immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Okply will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

3.3 Okply reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is false, inaccurate, or incomplete, or where it believes that the account is being used for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

3.4 You may not transfer, sell, or assign your okply account to any third party. Any such transfer is void and may result in the immediate suspension of the account.

4.1 Currency. All transactions on okply are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Okply does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. Okply currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Okply reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Deposit Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in your account dashboard and may vary by payment method. Okply reserves the right to impose additional deposit limits on individual accounts at its discretion, including for responsible gaming purposes.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to verification and may take up to three (3) business days to process for standard accounts. VIP members receive priority withdrawal processing. Okply reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit on your okply account, or to a verified account in your name. Okply reserves the right to refuse withdrawal requests that do not meet these conditions.

4.6 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. Okply reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its then-current inactive account policy, as communicated to you via the email address registered on your account.

5.1 Okply may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the promotion terms. Okply reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where it determines that the wagering requirement has not been met in good faith.

5.3 Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment purposes only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic play, collusion, or any other method that okply determines to be abusive may result in the cancellation of the bonus, the forfeiture of associated winnings, and the suspension of the player's account.

5.4 Okply reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a promotion will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of the claim.

6.1 Each game available on okply is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager.

6.2 All games on okply use certified random number generators (RNGs) or are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. Okply does not manipulate game outcomes. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over a large number of game rounds and do not guarantee individual results.

6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction or error during a game round, okply reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account. Okply's decision in such matters is final.

6.4 Okply reserves the right to void any bet or game result where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of the game has been compromised, including but not limited to cases of software errors, data feed failures, or suspected manipulation.

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okply platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Providing false, in accurate, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Opening or operating more than one account on okply;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime through the platform;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain;
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment;
• Allowing any third party to access or use your okply account;
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward okply staff or other players.

7.2 Okply employs fraud detection systems and monitors account activity on an ongoing basis. Where prohibited conduct is detected, okply reserves the right to take immediate action without prior notice to the player.

8.1 All content on the okply platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the property of okply or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the okply platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform.

8.3 Any unauthorized use of okply's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9.1 Okply collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the okply platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9.2 Okply implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and okply cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

11.2 Okply does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Okply reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the Service, or any part thereof, at any time without notice.

11.3 In no event shall okply's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okply account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude okply's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12.1 You may close your okply account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification.

12.2 Okply reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, where it determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulation.

12.3 Upon termination of your account for any reason, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.

13.1 Okply reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, okply will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the platform.

13.2 Your continued use of the okply platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.

14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

14.3 Okply operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
