2.2 Identity Verification Data. To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and to verify that you meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years, we may collect copies of government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

2.3 Financial Data. We collect information about your deposits, withdrawals, and transaction history on the Okply platform. This includes payment method details such as GCash account numbers, PayMaya account details, and bank account information for BPI, BDO, and Metrobank transactions. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

2.4 Gaming Activity Data. We collect data about your gameplay on Okply, including the games you play, wagers placed, game outcomes, session duration, and bonus usage. This data is used to operate the platform, detect fraud, and support responsible gaming initiatives.

7.2 Account data is retained for the duration of your active account relationship with Okply. Following account closure, we retain your data for a minimum period of five (5) years in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and gaming regulatory requirements.

7.3 Transaction records, including deposit and withdrawal history, are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction to comply with financial record-keeping obligations.

7.4 Communications data, including customer support records, is retained for a period of three (3) years from the date of the last interaction, unless a longer retention period is required by law or is necessary for the resolution of a dispute.

10.1 The Okply platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above. Okply does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a minor, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account.

10.3 Okply conducts age verification as part of the account registration and withdrawal process. We reserve the right to request additional documentation to confirm that a player meets the minimum age requirement at any time.

13.1 Okply reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

13.2 The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this Policy. Your continued use of the Okply platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy. If you do not agree to the revised Policy, you must cease using the platform and close your account.
